Chief Financial Officer

Barclay H. Griffiths is Chief Financial Officer of Beverage Marketing Corporation (BMC) and Managing Director of BMC Financial Advisors, BMC’s investment banking division.  In addition to his experience as an investment banker, Mr. Griffiths has 30+ years of senior financial and operations experience gained principally in entrepreneurial and middle market consumer product companies.

Prior to joining BMC in 2001, Mr. Griffiths was a consultant to companies in financial turnaround, serving as their Interim CFOs.  In addition, he was CFO and COO of White Rock Products Corporation, during which time he reorganized its entire financial, production, and operations infrastructure during a period of expansion as well as during a period of contraction.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Griffiths was Senior Tax Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City.

Mr. Griffiths holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Lehigh University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
