Brian Sudano is Managing Director & COO of BMC Strategic Associates.. His experience covers the entire beverage industry, from soft drinks and juice to beer, wine and spirits, along with its various functions. He regularly provides strategic advice and council to some the leading companies in the industry. His broad industry experience on the corporate side combined with his consulting experience provides a unique perspective that is valued across the entire business model, including strategy, planning, procurement, production, marketing, distribution, retail, consumer and support levels such as IT, financial modeling, market analysis, organizational efficiency, and innovation. Mr. Sudano is regularly quoted in leading global business publications, speaks at many industry events and is a contributing editor at Beverage World magazine.

Before joining BMC, Mr. Sudano was a senior executive with Constellation Brands, the largest global wine company, where he created a group chartered to implement best practice business processes across the entire organization. While at Constellation, he also reported to the audit committee on business risk. Previously, Sudano was with Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, where he held various senior positions, led International Business Development and Strategic planning processes, and served as CFO for a unit at the company. He held various positions dealing with spirits, beer, wine, carbonated soft drinks and fruit juices during his tenure.

Mr. Sudano received an MBA with honors from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and is a New Jersey Certified Public Accountant.
